Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the permissible and strictly prohibited activities when accessing or using the POWER GLOBAL ENTERPRISE SUPPORT platform. By interacting with our ticketing system, you agree to fully comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited System and Network Activities
To ensure the stability, speed, and security of our enterprise helpdesk for all users, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- System Abuse & Hacking: Attempting to bypass, exploit, or break any security mechanism, or probing, scanning, and testing the vulnerability of our network without explicit authorization.
- Malicious Software: Uploading, linking to, or transmitting viruses, malware, ransomware, trojan horses, or any other malicious code through ticket attachments or communication fields.
- Service Interference: Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or overloads our platform infrastructure, including Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, automated scripting attacks, spamming, or mail bombing.
- Unauthorized Access: Accessing, or attempting to access, support data, accounts, or tickets that do not belong to you or your authorized enterprise organization.
3. Content and Submission Restrictions
When submitting support tickets or communicating with our agents, you must adhere to the following content rules:
- Illegal & Harmful Content: You must not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, highly abusive, or promotes violence.
- Sensitive Information: Do not transmit unencrypted sensitive personal or financial data (e.g., credit card numbers, government IDs) in violation of our Privacy Policy.
4. Enforcement and Consequences of Violation
POWER GLOBAL ENTERPRISE SUPPORT reserves the right to actively monitor the platform to ensure compliance with this AUP. Any violation of this policy may result in, but is not limited to:
- Immediate rejection, deletion, or quarantine of support tickets and attachments.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of your support account and IP address blocking.
- Reporting of illegal activities to regional and international law enforcement agencies, accompanied by the disclosure of necessary digital evidence.
5. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to reflect changing security standards. Continued use of the support platform constitutes your acceptance of any revised AUP.
